Class Policies

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Please make sure to register early to avoid disappointment. Every attempt will be made to place you and your child in your selected time slot. Once your registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Classes may be canceled or combined based on enrollment. You will be contacted if this is necessary.

 

What your tuition includes

 

For every session that you enroll, you will receive a CD booklet, with 1 CD and info about the Music Together® program. You will also receive an access code for online music files, so that you can download the music onto your mobile device. Additionally, you will receive a beautifully illustrated songbook and an informative parent guide that will help you to better understand your child's musical development. Our classes are designed on a 3 year rotation system, so we rotate our music collection 3 times a year, for 3 years, for a total of 9 collections! Therefore, every session is a fresh and new experience for you and your child.

 

Emergency Closings

 

Little Notes Music Together follows the emergency closings for the local school districts. In the event of a closure, you will be notified by email or phone.

 

Refund Policy

 

Music Together materials MUST be returned in mint condition and UNOPENED

A full refund is given within 24 hours after the first class. Refunds are then available on a prorated rate up until the third class of the session. After the third class, no refunds will be issued. Please note that in order to receive a full refund materials must be returned in mint condition.

If Little Notes Music Together has to cancel a class for any reason, a pro-rated refund will be promptly issued.
